During September, Faith 1270 & Life 96.5 are inviting you to share warmth with residents in our community who will be in need of winter coats! You can be the hands and feet of Jesus by donating your no longer needed clean and gently worn winter coats in men’s, women’s, youth, and children’s sizes. They must be free of rips and tears, with working zippers, or not missing buttons or fasteners.

You may bring your warm coat donations to Guest Services Center at the Empire Mall (in Center Court right next to Cinnabon) through Saturday, September 25^th, or collect them throughout the month and bring them to our one-day Volunteer Sioux Falls event from 10am-2pm at Avera Living Well Center, 2400 South Minnesota Avenue. Look for the Life 96.5 van in the parking lot.

Items donated at the Faith 1270 / Life 96.5 Coat Drive will benefit low-income residents through 3 local agencies: The Center of Hope, The Answer Center, and The Multi-Cultural Center, all in Sioux Falls.

At Faith 1270 and Life 96.5, we believe each follower of Christ is called to be His hands and feet in our homes, communities, and the world. Serving in Jesus name is the concept behind Life 96.5 Hands and Feet. Each month we introduce you to a new project or organization in our area that we’d like you to know more about. Hands and Feet gives you an opportunity to serve our community by getting involved in what these groups are doing by serving as the hands and feet of Jesus.
